What is "PRE-ORDER"?

• In an effort to help customers be the first to get a predicted bestseller, some items are listed on the site before the actual merchandise is received. These items will have the word "PRE-ORDER" appended to the description section of the product page. Typically this merchandise takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive. Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. Placing a pre-order guarantees that you will receive the size and style you order when the merchandise arrives. Once the goods arrive and an order is filled the merchandise will be automatically shipped out using the address and shipping method provided during checkout. If you have opted for instore pick-up you will be contacted to pick-up your order. In the unlikely event that the pre-ordered mechandise is not delivered by the maximum alloted time frame, you are entitled to a full refund or you may use store credit towards another available purchase.
