Refund Policy

Refunds allowed within 7 days of delivery to customers provided address with receipt and tags attached on website purchases unless otherwise listed in the description section of the purchased item (ie: final sales, non-exchangable, irregular etc.) No refunds allowed after 7 days.

Exchanges allowed within 14 days of delivery to customers provided address with receipt and tags attached on website purchases unless otherwise listed in the description section of the purchased item. (ie: final sales, non-exchangable, irregular etc.) No exchanges allowed after 14 days.

No refunds on any in store purchases, no exceptions.

No refunds or exchanges or any worn items. All items consider for refund or exchange must be accompianed by customers receipt, all tags attached, in original condition, free from pet hair, fragrance, cigarette smells and other strong oders that will prevent the re-sell of the article. This includes but is not limited to lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, accessories, hangbags and footwear. 

Exchanges for another instock item for greater or equal value may be made in store within 3 days of the original purchase providing all tags are attached with receipt. If a purchase of greater value is selected for exchange the customer is responsible to pay the difference in price.
